The tourist territory "Belaya Dune (Russian Baltic)" is an all-season resort with modern tourist infrastructure and sanatorium treatment facilities, located in the Kaliningrad region on the Baltic Sea coast with a snow-white sandy beach.
As part of the implementation, it is planned to create the following tourist infrastructure:
- Year-round outdoor swimming pool with heated seawater (or water from a geothermal source) with a length of up to 0.5 km, a width of 120-150 m and a depth of up to 3-3.5 m (an area of about 6.6 hectares);
- Sanatorium-resort institutions: 3-6 balneological and other specializations of sanatoriums with several buildings each for 60-120 rooms (also up to 1,500 rooms);
- Other points of attraction: water park, promenades.
6-9 multifunctional hotel complexes with a number of rooms from 150 to 240 rooms of 4 and 5 stars with spa complexes as part of these complexes (total number of rooms: about 1,500 rooms);
