The tourist territory "Abrau-Durso" has a unique set of natural and tourist characteristics: a picturesque landscape, proximity to the sea, the presence of unique natural, historical and cultural monuments, a comfortable climate. One of the oldest and largest wineries in Russia is located on the territory.
The project provides for the construction and reconstruction of comfortable 3-5 star hotels (704 rooms), an aqua complex with water attractions, a longevity clinic, the development of a sports and entertainment complex "Activity Park", glamping, a shopping and entertainment center "Old Town", as well as a children's playing space.\
The implementation of the Project will make it possible to create a tourism cluster of all-Russian significance that meets world standards, the tourist and excursion flow will be increased to 1 million people per year and new jobs will be created.
