Installation workshop for finalists of the New Anapa Architectural Competition: from discussion to draft solutions

An installation seminar for finalists of the Open All-Russian Competition with international participation for the development of architectural, planning and urban planning solutions for the future tourist territory "All-Russian beach family resort" Novaya Anapa " was held in two cities of the Krasnodar Territory – Krasnodar and the resort city of Anapa.

The finalists, together with representatives of the authorities and the expert community of the region, discussed providing the territory with engineering networks, building logistics around the future resort, creating schemes for providing resources and features of regulatory regulation of land plots for design. As part of the practical part of the installation workshop, the finalists received a detailed technical task and got acquainted with the competition territory. During individual consultations, consortium members presented their conceptual proposals to the expert community, which will serve as the basis for developing competitive solutions.

In October, an interim working session will be held in Moscow with a presentation of the preliminary results of the work. Detailed study of competitive proposals will last until the beginning of November 2023.

The best solutions developed by the participants will be applied in the process of working on the master plan of the tourist territory.
