Sergey Sukhanov: "The implementation of the New Anapa project is proceeding in accordance with the approved roadmap"

An off-site meeting of the sub-commission on the implementation of tourist investment projects of federal significance of the Government Commission for Tourism Development in the Russian Federation, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, was held in the resort city of Anapa.

General Director of JSC " Corporation Tourism.Russian Federation" Sergey Sukhanov spoke about the implementation of the investment project " Creation of the All-Russian beach family resort "Novaya Anapa".

"The project is being implemented in full compliance with the approved roadmap, and we are on schedule. 7 interdepartmental working groups have been created and are effectively working in key areas together with the Region. 18 potential investors have already expressed interest in cooperation on the project implementation, " Sergey Sukhanov said.

On the territory of the resort, the field stages of engineering surveys on land have been completed, and currently surveys are being conducted in the marine part. Preliminary results of archaeological, engineering-geodetic and geological surveys have been obtained.

Sergey Sukhanov focused on continuing work on staffing the resort, including determining the optimal site for the construction of service housing for the resort staff and the necessary social security facilities. Currently, the agenda of the working groups includes the creation of an external supporting infrastructure, transport and logistics support, and the development of a waste management scheme for the period of construction and operation of the resort.

The presentation of the future resort "Novaya Anapa" will take place at the forum "Russia", in preparation for which the Corporation Tourism.An architectural layout and video presentation were developed.
