Seminar for finalists of the architectural competition "New Anapa" started in Anapa

Anapa hosts an installation seminar for finalists of the open All-Russian competition with international participation for the development of architectural, planning and urban planning solutions for the future tourist territory "All-Russian beach family resort "Novaya Anapa"".

The seminar started with an installation meeting with representatives of the administration of the resort city of Anapa.

In his welcoming speech to the finalists of the competition, Vice Mayor Vitaly Voronov emphasized the scale of the project: "New Anapa" is a resort that the country needs, its residents need. Projects of this scale have never been created before, and it is very important that it takes into account both the rich historical heritage and the unique natural factors of the territory."

The finalists of the competition received a detailed technical task and got acquainted with the competition territory. During the seminar, working sessions will be held with the participation of representatives of executive authorities, representatives of the local expert community, where issues of resort development and the specifics of the territory will be discussed.

The list of priority topics includes issues of development in the field of architecture, urban planning, engineering support, promising areas of tourism, entrepreneurship and commerce in the competitive territory.

In October, an interim working session will be held in Moscow with a presentation of the preliminary results of the work.

Detailed study of competitive proposals will last until the beginning of November 2023.
