Finalists of the architectural competition "New Anapa" presented preliminary design solutions for the future resort
On October 19, an interim working session was held in Moscow at the Analytical Center under the Government of the Russian Federation for the finalists of the Open All-Russian Competition with international participation for the development of architectural, planning and urban planning solutions for the development of the future tourist territory of the project "All-Russian beach family Resort "Novaya Anapa".
The finalists and a special participant were presented to the jury members, the Expert Council and the Tourism Corporation.We presented preliminary results of the work and proposed design solutions for the development of the tourist potential of the future resort. For example, participants identified separate types of recreation, functional areas that include health and recreational facilities in addition to modern accommodation facilities.
General Director of JSC " Corporation Tourism.Russian Federation" Sergey Sukhanov focused on the need to introduce unique solutions for the future of the resort. "The creation of" New Anapa " requires the use of non-standard planning solutions, advanced approaches in architecture and strategies for the future development of the resort area. The main task is to make the resort modern and comfortable for guests and residents of Anapa."
Based on the results of the presentation, the consortium teams were given recommendations for completing the work on competitive proposals.

- Olga Zakharova, Director of the Urban Economy Division of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, Autonomous Non-Profit Organization;
- Taisiya Volftrub, President of the Association of Landscape Architects of Russia;
- Honored Architect of the Russian Federation Vladimir Plotkin;
-Chairman of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Committee on Entrepreneurship in Tourism, Vice-President of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Yuri Barzykin;
- Architect, Chairman of the Council of Elders of the Krasnodar Regional Branch of the Union of Architects of Russia Yuri Subbotin;
- Professor, Head of the Residential Architecture Department of the Moscow Art Institute Alexander Tsybaykin;
- Chief Architect of the Krasnodar Territory Ilya Pozdnyakov;
- Executive Director of the Russian Ecological Community Yulia Filatkina;
- Executive Director of RSP Architects Planners & Engineers Chen Hong –
- Executive Director of CLOU Architects Lin Li.
Recall that at the installation session, which was held in the Krasnodar Territory in September, the finalists met with representatives of the authorities and expert community of the resort city of Anapa and the Krasnodar Territory. Representatives of the consortia received individual expert advice on the results of the presentation of conceptual proposals for the competition task.
On August 19, teams of Russian architects reached the final of the competition

The winner will be announced in December 2023 – the best solutions will form the basis for creating the future tourist territory "All-Russian beach Family Resort "Novaya Anapa".
