The Bank of Russia has completed the state registration of the additional issue of shares of JSC Corporation Tourism.RF. The regulator made the corresponding decision on August 2. The total volume of the additional issue of 6,300 thousand ordinary shares amounted to RUB 6.3 billion. The sole shareholder of the Corporation is Rosimushchestvo.
