Was born on November 24, 1962. In 1985 he graduated from the Moscow Institute. Plekhanov. Prior to his appointment in 2003 as Deputy Head of the city of Sochi, he managed enterprises in the field of tourism. Under the leadership of Sukhanov as vice-mayor, a concept for the development of Sochi as a mountain climate resort was developed. It also later formed the basis of the program for the construction of facilities for the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2014.

Since 2007, Senior Vice-President of the Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee, where he was responsible for coordinating the construction and ensuring reliable power supply to Olympic facilities, organizing transport services, and implementing the Sochi 2014 environmental program. Participated in the development of accessibility standards for low-mobility groups in the design of buildings and structures approved in 2011 by the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation.

In 2015, he headed Volga Group Stroy LLC, a subsidiary of Volga Group LLC.

Since 2018, Sergey Sukhanov has been the general director of the concession company SSHH LLC, where he was responsible for financing, construction and operation of the Ob -Salekhard-Nadym railway section.

Was born on August 24, 1973. In 1995 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Kuban State University. After graduation, he was responsible for industry financing projects in the Sochi City Administration, in 2003 he headed the Economics and Forecasting Committee in the Sochi City Administration.

Since 2006, he participated in the preparation of the Olympic infrastructure plan as Head of the Planning and Reporting Department of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Sochi Development Directorate".

After the victory of Sochi's bid for the right to host the Winter Olympic Games in 2007, he joined the leadership of the Organizing Committee of the Games, where, as Vice President, he was responsible for the preparation of facilities.

From 2015 to 2018, he worked at Volga Group Stroy LLC.

Since 2018 - First Deputy General Director of the concession company LLC "Northern Latitudinal Course", which implements, including jointly with JSC "Russian Railways" project on financing, construction and operation of the railway section Ob - Salekhard – Nadym.

Was born on June 23, 1974, graduated from the Moscow Military Institute of the Federal Border Service of the Russian Federation (military, legal education).

After graduation, he worked in the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, held senior positions. He organized major socio-political events at the international level.

From 2008 to 2014 - Senior Vice President in the ANO "Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee". The area of responsibility included issues of organizational and protocol support for the participation of foreign heads of State and government in events within the framework of the Games, provision of services for athletes and officials, as well as for members of the Olympic and Paralympic family. 

From 2015 to 2020 - Deputy General Director of Gazprom-Media Holding JSC, was responsible for the work of the Cinema, Internet and Television group of companies, real estate of Gazprom-Media Holding, managed the organization of all sports broadcasts and was responsible for the sale of regional advertising.

From September 2020 to April 2021 - Vice President of the Beac - head of the healthcare industry, was responsible for the development of ecosystem companies in the field of healthcare.

Was born on March 3, 1978 in Kaluga.

Graduated from the Bauman Moscow State Technical University; postgraduate studies at the Moscow State University of Railways – the Russian Open Academy of Transport (ROAT MIIT). Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Since 2004, he has managed a number of regional production companies, worked as deputy director of FSUE "Unified Customer Group" - specializing in the management and control of the production process during the construction and reconstruction of railway lines, artificial structures, buildings and engineering networks.

Since 2013, he joined the state service in Gosstroy, later – the Ministry of Construction of Russia, was responsible for the implementation of investment programs and projects in the field of housing and communal services.

From 2015 to 2017, as Deputy Director of the Regional Development Department of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, he oversaw the creation and operation of territories of advanced socio-economic development and the implementation of the priority program "Integrated Development of single-industry towns".

Before being appointed Deputy General Director of JSC "Corporation Tourism.The Russian Federation" was headed by the economics and investment unit of the concession company LLC "SSHH", which implements, including jointly with JSC "Russian Railways", a project on financing, construction and operation of the railway section Ob - Salekhard – Nadym.

Graduated from the V.V. Kuibyshev Institute of Civil Engineering and postgraduate studies at the Technological University in Moscow. At the beginning of her career, she worked as a software engineer.

Since 2011 - Deputy Chief Accountant of the Accounting and Reporting Department, ANO "Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee". Participated in the preparation and holding of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Since 2018 - Chief Accountant of the concession company LLC "Northern Latitudinal Course", which implements, including jointly with JSC "Russian Railways" project on financing, construction and operation of the railway section Ob - Salekhard – Nadym.

Was born on April 29, 1963. Graduated with honors from the Rostov Institute of Civil Engineering and the Moscow State Open University with a degree in civil engineering. He started his career in 1985 as a line master.

Until 2001, he worked in senior positions on the construction of industrial civil engineering facilities of the Ministry of Montazhspetsstroy. From 2001 to 2007, he held the positions of Deputy General Director for Production and Director of the Construction and Strategic Development Department of Transneft, JSC.

In 2007, as Vice-President of GC Olimpstroy, a corporation for the construction of Olympic facilities for the 2014 Games, he was responsible for design and construction and installation work.

In 2009, he joined Sberbank PJSC, where, as Director of the department and Senior Managing Director of the Services block, he oversaw construction issues. Since 2018, he has worked at Zarubezhneft Group of Companies.
