The Amur Region is one of the largest and most unique in terms of beauty in the south of the Far East. Due to the dynamic increase in tourist traffic, there is a need to build tourist infrastructure facilities, including for large business events.  
The region together with investors presented projects of a multifunctional hotel and business complex and a hotel with an aquathermal complex in Blagoveshchensk.
